The state highway SH 11 also called as Siddipet to Kamareddy Road runs across Kamareddy from west to east. The highway SH 11 enters Kamareddy from its west on Devunipally locality and runs through Vidhya Nagar Colony, Padmajiwadi X road and exits the city on its east on Lachapet locality.
The other major roadways in the city are Priya Deluxe road, Sai Baba Temple road, Kalki Temple road and many more linking all the areas and localities of Kamareddy and in turn linking the city itself with its neighboring localities of Nizamabad.
